Ms. Siddiqui, is an educational consultant who has been trained at Harvard University’s Principal Leadership Center. She dedicates her time as the lead consultant for school management teams throughout the USA, serving in various roles. She has been a principal at several Islamic schools, most recently at American Youth Academy in Tampa, FL, where she increased the enrollment from 535 students to 645 students within a 4-year period, established the International Baccalaureate IB program and organized a fundraising event for the school expansion project to secure nearly $1 million in funds from donors. In 2019, she facilitated the hiring of her replacement and transitioned back into the role of consultant in July 2020 and currently serves in that capacity. She obtained her B.A degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern Illinois University and subsequently her M.Ed. degree from Loyola University, specializing in school leadership and administration. She is a certified Kg-12th grade principal and holds an Illinois Principal’s License.
